This is what i call a halloween costume/dress up. Not some eyeliner and a drop of fake blood wearing the sluttiest thing you own.

fake blood, make up, a zipper, and practiced application of liquid latex!
You could easily do this with the right skin cream, spirit gum, a zipper, and fake blood.
